Return Process

  Log into your account portal or visit our returns center with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original Wilkinson Sword packaging, ensuring all protective seals and hygiene covers are intact.

  Label and Post

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized shipping location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned beauty tools, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
